Have you received receipt # yet?

Not yet. They just received my packet today 10/30/15..

According to other members timelines..it usually take an average of 5-7 days before you receive NOA through email/text from the day they received it

We currently have the same timeline. I file was received on 10/26. Still waiting on a NOA

The first NOA took forever!! Lol I think it was the only document that took so long.

I sent everything on June 10th and I didn't get it until June 18th.

Also just as a heads up, the text message notification is sort of useless. We only got texts for the EAD that it was approved, about 3 weeks after lol.

- Removal of Conditions Timeline -

07/31/17 - Mailed I-751 package to California Service Center

08/01/17 - Package delivered to CSC

08/05/17 - NOA1 received by US mail

08/10/18 - Rec'd new NOA1 with 18 month extension instead of 12 months

10/15/18 - Case transferred to Nebraska

12/26/18 - ROC Approved

Gotta keep my finger crossed...Today marks the 7th day after UPS delivered the package. No activity in my mailbox nor bank yet.

Wife's I-94 expires near the end of this month. Hope everything will be smooth.

4/8/16 Interview scheduled for Mid-May...Half way there!

Guys, I finally got my 3 receipt notices last night.(I130, I485and I765)

And now checks were cashed too.

Anyone know what happens next? I assume NOA in the mail for finger print?

Hi all

I also filed AOS package for me and spouse(i485, i131, i765, i864) family F3 category, but currently in US on H4 visa as my husband did a degree and works on an H1B visa. Lawyer opted not to file for EAD for my husband since he already is here on an H1B. Timeline as follows:

October 15-Sent package out USPS

October 19-Package received

October 22-Finger print fee received

October 23- NOA mailed out

October 30- NOA hard copy received in mail

Did you send it via USPS Express? If so, that should be fine.

I think FBAS is not for regular USPS mail, but for express or UPS/Fedex.

Ugh! It's just priority mail lol! ?

You should be fine. I am sure you will get your receipt number this week.

I doubt they would just send the whole thing back to you.

Wow! Good start for you. Hope I will receive mine too soon?. According to what Ive read, you're supposed to receive appointment for biometrics after you receive your NOA in the mail. When did they receive your application?

Was the package delivered? You have to give at least 5 - 7 business days after your package gets delivered.

In your case, I would say probably next Monday you will receive the receipt # via Text or Email. (If you filed G1145 along with the forms)

I sent everything on 10/22 and package was delivered on 10/26, I did not receive anything until Monday 11/2.

So my wayward package reached its destination lol! I received 3 email and text confirmation last night that they opened my case yay! Hoping for hard receipt in the mail soon.. Good luck everyone!
