I am also waiting with a scan date of Sept 17th but no complete date yet. The NVC has said the case is complete but just needs to be scanned in????

you meant they havent reviewed yet ? i called today they said need to wait few more days..hope for the best

@bond1980 trust me buddy don't worry it will be reviewed if you would have fallowed the correct procedure everything will go fine and don't call them until you complete 35 days from documents sent date because some CR's they are not well trained so they don't know when to escalate to supervisor so by mistake if some CR puts your case for supervisor review that's it everything will be a big mess trust me because I have gone through the same situation :( just wait till you complete 35 days I know we can't control calling the NVC :) I can understand that :) at some point of time I thought of sticking a big paper to my desk saying don't call NVC but by the time I stick the paper the damage has been done :)

we have 3 N/A's but we have yet to receive an email. I don't think that our case is closed.

still waiting for a scan date, my AOS and IV was sent overnight on Oct 5, hopefully mid next week, Ill call again and they have it

it takes 3to 5 days to recieve email ...did you call nvc and confirmed ?

Yeah I can understand the situation buddy. I was unlucky or over reacted that when Initially NVC sent me the welcome letter. What everyone says and what I observed is you need to just fallow the procedure and wait, if any process missed the whole application will be in a big mess and that might be either when we call NVC the CR might accidentally click the supervisor review if that is the case the whole process will be in a big jeopardy.

We cant do anything buddy that's all how Shani is showing impact on you :) and only GOD can save us just pray that's it.
