RFE Timeline

This is a question for people who have gotten RFEs before and have been approved.

I got an RFE for my ROC. We submitted all the information they requested but for some reason they lost the evidences I sent. I know because on their RFE letter, they claimed to only received the app form without any evidences.

I resubmitted all the evidences I submitted before plus some more things. Anyway I submitted it and was sent last August 28. How long does it usually take before you get any sort of communication? Whether an approval or anything?

I am worried because its been over a month. Should I be worried or is this timeline normal? I would hate if they lost this one again. I see some people get approved2 weeks after submitting their RFE response. What advice can you give for me?

We received ROC approval, approximately after one week after USPS documented delivery to CSC.

I was RFE'D for ROC and sent in my reply and within 1 week I got an email saying that my card was ordered. I hope your situation works out. I am sure it will.
