Hello,

Thank's for you reply, yes i have send the new documents ( affidavit of support and all document ) for my new sponsor in 28/04/2015 and i don't receive anything from NVC.

Please help me

So, it's been 6 months and you haven't heard anything from NVC? You're case should've been closed by now. I'd suggest calling and asking what's happened and if you can talk to a supervisor.

Yeah, it takes multiple tries to get through. A tip is that once you hear the voice, hang up right away. When you hear ringing, you'll know you went through. Tell the representative the beneficiary's name and DOB and the petitioner's name. They'll be able to tell you the status of the case and if there is anything pending.
