i am a US citizen by naturalization, im looking into petitioning my parents who have lived in the US for more than 15 years out of status, came in legally with visitors visa.
my mother has worked for most of these years, stayed out of trouble. but not sure if we should report that she has worked in the immigraiton forms. she's always reported her taxes with ITN #.
my Father has worked here in the US with a made up SSN. reported taxes with ITN #, but he did have a DWI back in 2008, all cleard up now. he was processed as a US resident with fake SSN. would This affect his case? should we report work history?

how can USCIS expect someone not work, if they have been here illegally.

If the made up social happens to be the actual social of a USC your father is guilty of false claim to USC and will never be allowed to adjust status. You must never lie on the forms because that adds misrepresentation to your already tangles case.

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.

USCIS understands that most people who have EWI are working under the table or with a fake SSN. You just need to make sure the SSN wasn't actually valid. Your parents have a ban and would require waivers to be filed for them, but I would consult with an attorney since children can't file waivers for parents.

11/06: Husband EWI from Mexico
11/08: Started dating

11/11: Husband got deported
1/11/14: Got married
3/13/14-11/2/14:
I-130
1/26/15-3/17/15: NVC

5/28/15: INTERVIEW - denied

6/8/15: I-601/I-212 waivers received

11/17/15: I-601/I-212 waivers APPROVED

12/11/15: HUBBY HOME!!

They're in the USA so no ban has been triggered

Can the prove they entered with inspection?
