My priority date is 27OCT2014, and it was completed on 18SEP2015. Since I just immigrated to the US on March 2014, I only have one w2 for 2014. When I submitted the documents to NVC, I had a letter to explain why I only have one w2. However, I don't know whether or not the consulate officer will accept my case at the interview date if I have only one w2?

Your queston is confusing. Do you mean you only had one tax return? a w-2 form is what is require of companies and employers to send to the IRS stating how much an employee made and how much taxes were taking out of their pay for the year. The employer will send in a copy of that and other documents if appliacable with the 1040 or 1040a or 1040ez tax form. that will be the complete tax return

If you were only require to file taxes for the past year and you explain why you did not have to file for the past two year then everything should be ok

Actually, when I submitted the documents to complete my case, I used tax transcript rather than w2. Sorry for making you confused. And, thanks for your reply.
