I seem to recall seeing something about AOS cases being sent to California for processing, but can't recall the details of the discussion, and can't find it. It had something to do with processing times - either it's faster or slower when a case goes to CA???

Can anyone remember? I just checked the USCIS website for a case update and found that we have been sent to CA. I never did receive a letter stating that, which bothers me. We have nasty neighbors who sometimes get our mail and that's all I need is for them to get something important and not give it to us!!!!! :o

Thanks muchness!

The cases that has been forwarded to CSC will be in case of approval without interview (sometimes it is possible that the case will be send back to the Service Centers where they came from, but really reare). If it is faster than the other cases? No one can tell due to the FBI name check.

It will take a while until you get a notice that the case has been send to CSC by mail.

For now you can look forward for a processing without interview! Congrats
