We got married 3 months ago. The plan was to move to Canada which we did. We already sent paper work away for a Work Visa and some for a sponsorship (for me/ U.S. Citizen) . However, we changed our minds and want to settle in Michigan where I live. Is it going to be a problem since I already started filling out paperwork in Canada?

What if she gets pregnant within the year we are in the United States? Can we purchase insurance for a non ridiculous price?

Also, she has a Bachelor Degree. Will that be recognized in the United States?

No you could have both going at the same time.

Do not understand insurance question, will take about a year to come to the US during which she presumably is covered by Canadian arrangements.

I am a U.S. Citizen and she is a canadian. We want to move to Michigan (U.S.) ASAP. We got married in Canada. What form would I start with... Please please help. Is this correct down below.

If she is IN Canada she does not qualify for the path you linked to. She would chase a CR1
