IV FEE Payment keeps getting rejected.

Hi everyone! Anybody here that could help me? My husband and I have been trying to pay the IV Application Fee. But it keeps getting rejected. The first time we made a payment it changed to "In process" and then after couple of days it got "Paid" so we sent them our packet along with all the documents they need. After checking the CEAC again the IV Application Fee changed to "Pay Now" again. We tried to pay it again and the same thing happened. The payment keeps getting rejected and we dont know why. Any help will be sooo much appreciated.

Does the money ever leave your account? You might want to call and ask why it is getting rejected. You should have a receipt for it when it was paid that it offered you to print.

I am pretty sure your pay ment has went thru and that is why you can not paid, as mention you can check your bank to see if the payment was process or call the NVC

Are you able to fill out the DS-260 visa application form as you can not fill out the form untill the IV fee has been paid

Also you did not have to wait to pay the IV fee before you sen in the documents you could of sent them in sooner

My husband said that yeah when it gets paid the money is deducted to his account and when it gets rejected he's having the money back. I'll attach a screenshot of our invoice.

Yeah I am done filling out the DS-260 when the IV fee got paid. And it has been a month since the NVS got our documents and still nothing and it has been a month paying the IV fee but kept being rejected. It is really frustating. Thanks for helping me out.

I looked at your screenshot and the latest date oct 4 shows that it is in process

the dates before that shows rejected,

it has only been a couple of days since your iv fees has been in process

Yeaah after paying the fee over and over again it'll only get paid for couple days then gets rejected again. Its very frustating. And whenever my husband calls the NVC they only say to check the internet connection make sure its a good connection and to just keep trying. Ughh.

I am sorry for what is happening to you but I have never seen this until now

That is the bar code cover sheet that you send in with your documents. You can print one from the AOS payment portal or one from the iv payment portal after one or both have been paid

Hello again, for the 9th time. Our payment got rejected again. My husband called the bank and said that it was a big amount for them to have the payment go through. Do you have any idea if we ever pay the fee via mail how long would it take? Thank you so much!

I do not know how long it will take by mail.However The payment is only 325 dollars. I do not know of any major US banks that could not handle that transaction and consider it a large amount. There must be something I am missing here.Is the fee just for you? Is your husband using one of the major banks or a local own bank?

Yes it is only for me. I am the Principal Applicant. He only petitioned for me. My husband said that it's a major bank.
