We have a report of a Feb filer "touched"!!!

Yeah, I saw that...I am in the same boat as you Ken...hopefully though someone lights a fire under CSC's seat and gets them going...I am willing to take leave and go help...all they have to do is let me do it...and of course do my packet first...

Feb. 16-Sent 129F to TSC.

Feb. 27-NOA1, received CSC.

Mar. 27-Found VJ, and became disappointed for not being able to use VSC.

Mar. 27-Applied for military expedite and got congressional help.

Mar. 28-touched.

Mar. 29-touched again.

Mar. 30-touched yet again.

Apr. 04-touched another time.

Apr. 05-touched some more.

May 15-touched once again.

May 15-NOA2. 78 days...WOW!!!

May 16-touched???(mail to NVC???).

May 18-Received Hard Copy NOA2.

I've been in a few long-distance relationships, and usually it seems like the pain wears off with time. I just go kind of numb, or something. This time, the pain is only getting worse. I MISS MY FIANCE SO MUCH! I'm going crazy here, hoping that by some stroke of luck, I'll be one of those random lucky people who file at CSC at get approved in 60 days.

Hey, those are my exact thoughts! We can't all be random and lucky so I think you need to back odd and let me be the random and lucky one! LOL. :devil:

Don't worry if your petition hasn't been touched yet ....I am in the same situation I got NOA1 on March 19 so I just think we need to be patient I think we will have some news around June I hope so.

March 6, 2007 - I-129F package sent

March 21, 2007 - I-129F NOA2

October 17, 2007 - K1 interview - approved

October 19, 2007 - K1 arrived in mail

October 21, 2007 - US entry

October 23, 2007 - Wedding day

November 27, 2007 - AOS, EAD, AP package sent

December 7, 2007 - Received all 3 NOA's for AOS, AP & EAD

December 10, 2007 - Received letter for biometrics appointment

January 2, 2008 - I-485 transferred to California

January 3, 2008 - Biometrics

January 16, 2008 - RFE for I-485

January 22, 2008 - RFE for I-485 arrived

January 23, 2008 - AP approved

January 25, 2008 - Case status finally updated: AP approved January 23!

7-21 Missed flight

7-25 Docs recieved by embassy, visa all ready to go

7-27 Visa revieved

Our last touch was March 5th, which was a few days after NOA1 (or was NOA1, I don't know)... So don't worry :thumbs:
