I've filed my I-129F on the 19th of March and received on 3/22.

Just checked my bank and the check was cashed yesterday!! YEAH~~

At least now I have the WAC # to check...

Well It was close but I guess I am now a March Filer instead of an April Filer. Check Cashed today was processed by CSC on March 26.

Just received a letter from NVC dated March 29 stating that my approved I-129F petition has been received and that within a week, it shall be forwarded to the consulate in Australia.

I am so glad and was so excited that I had to wake my fiancee up in the late hour of night and tell her the news. This is great and I hope that all those following the same time frame as I am are getting their letters too.

Good luck to all and may patience and perseverence be on our side.

we are almost on the same timeline.

When your NOA2 was issued did you see the date of your case changed online? I keep on checking on our status, but it still shows last touched as Mar 23. Did you get update via email about your NOA2. I hope to receive ours this week.

I haven't been touched since the 11th.... got my NOA1 on the 9th ... I'm starting to worry about getting and RFE. Seems like everyone else around my timeframe is already hearing about their NOA2

Sabovee I feel exactly the same way- haven't been touched since the 17th... I'm trying not to stress out and just relax knowing I'm lucky to be at VSC but can't help but worrying... does distance in time between touches usually mean you're going to recieve an RFE??

Hello March Filers!!!

Well I see we are in the same situation the lucky ones have their case on Vermont and I wish the rest of us will have good luck with our cases. Our case is in CSC we sent our I129 on March 1 and we received our NOA1 in March 19 now we have to wait and hope for the best . I wish you all good luck !!!

I don't think it necessarily means you're getting a RFE (Maybe someone more knowledgable can jump in here!). I'm just super paranoid

Thanks for taking the time to put all the info out here. It has really helped us. I flew to Singapore in February and met QQ. We mailed our petition on March 29th to Nebraska. I hope it doesn't take the 90 days avg I am seeing to get approved through NSC/CSC.

My fiance sent the stuff on 20 March, and two weeks later he only received confirmation that someone had signed for it at the Texas center. Now another week till the stuff arrives to CA and another week to cash the check and another week... and another week..

I'm so frustrated. And this is just the beginning.
