Just another update. Received an email from NVC that they finished with the reviews for my mother's petition. Still waiting for the schedule of her interview and medical, that I don't know how long. ?

Once the I130 is approved, how long is the next stage?

Hi how are you? I am curious what is in your checklist. I filed my mom's petition Dec. 16 and its approved after 32 days. I paid the AOS and IV fee and filled up ds-261 and ds-260 now I am just waiting for the 30 days for them to review the documents I have submitted. I hope no checklist for me so they can schedule my mom for an interview.

i got the check list too after submitting all those documents to NVC but now they are saying i can send those correct documents to my parents to they can bring with them during the interview or i can send those documents to NVC and they will take another 30 days to review>??

what should i have to do??

help!!!!
