I have a similar timeline as you and NVC received my case on 9/25. Sorry that I am not providing news that calms your nerves. Hopefully you will be able to figure things out this week because your 35 days are coming up. Im k2visa but mines priority date is march 2015. My petition is on the system of NVC but not on process yet..it's a long wait since you just started but i think your visa is faster bec it's k1.

hi, we got noa2 at september 15 and got the hardcopy of noa2 at september 17. we are waiting NVC received our case. Do you guys have any idea when we can learn they received ?

J&Maya weve got out hard copy of NOA2, it was on the mail today. Next week we will call the NVC, and yes im also waiting for my checklist, to get my police clearance here in HK. Thanks

Maeandcraig,we got our hardcopy yesterday..my agency said we can use the notice of approval to get the clearance in hk..i hope they will accept that..finger cross

GUYS I CALLED THE NVC JUST TODAY!AFTER PaTIENTLY WAITING ON THE PHONE FOR 30MINUTES LUCKILY I FINALY GOT MY MNL CASE # Yehey!
