I called the court that this case was handled in and they found absolutely nothing in my name.

More than 10 years ago me and my ex girlfriend got in a fight we both were hitting each other and she tried to run off with my wallet. Anyway, the more convictions, the more money a district attorney can pull in so they know how to put the elbow to poor people. So yes I accepted a deffered adjudication and my case was dismissed in my state and my records were sealed and expunged, i never even had to appear in a court, my lawer went just one day. I cant find my records in the court records where the offense was handled.

How do i make them magically reappear for me to include them with the I129f?

Can i just write a letter explaining this and get a notarized letter from the courts stating that their is nothing in my name then just send that in with the I129f?

and out of curiosity, why is their absolutely no record of even a past expungement in my name, nothing is in my name of anything.

Thanks
