Hi Everyone,

I am Spanish and my wife is American. Both of us are living in Spain right now. I have questions about the DS-260.

In the section "Spouse information":

- They ask about "Spouse address" (My petitioner). In her forms she put her U.S. address as her main address, but she said that right now she is living in Spain. Therefore, should I put her Spanish or USA address?

- The question, Is your spouse immigrating to the us with you? Should I answer yes? Or because she is a U.S. citizen, does it mean that she is not technically immigrating?
In the section "Last five visits to the us". I have been several times there, but some of them were just transit to other countries. Does it count? Or should I only list the ones I actually travel to the U.S. and stayed there.
Information about companies where you worked in the last 10 years:
- There is a company in which I worked that went bankrupt. Should I put it ?(Because there is no way to contact them any more)
- A long time ago I got a summer job and I have no idea about my supervisor's name. What should I say?
Educational programs.
In the blank were it says "Diploma or degree", do I have just to say if it is a degree or diploma? Or should I say the name of the program?
.
Section of petitioner information.
My wife is the petitioner. It is asked again about her address. Should I put her spanish or usa address?
For the question: "Do you seek to enter in the U.S. for the purpose to perform a skilled or unskilled labor but you have not yet been certified by the secretary of labor?"
We are not sure what to answer. Once I am in the US I want to work, but I do not intent to do it until I am not certified to do it. Do I need to get certified before I come?
Thank you so much for your help!!

Enter her permanent address . Since she is a US Citizen she is not immigrating.Since you do not remember the supervisors name enter N/A. You do not need any certification as a requirement to work in the US.I entered homemaker for my wifes.I put down she received he diploma from high school. The main thing do not leave anypart blank!!!

The answer is "no" to the question "is your spouse immigrating with you" because US citizens don't immigrate to the US.
