3N/A at my case. Is my case complete? the case is still "at NVC", What is the next step? How long the NVC schedule my inerview's date?

Yes, it is most likey a case complete; however, I'd still call NVC tomorrow just to confirm.

Your case will still show "at NVC" until NVC actually ships your case to the embassy for the interview. Then if will change to "in transit" for a few days until it arrives. Once the embassy has your case I the system it change to "ready".

The next steps are to wait for the case complete email that usy comes a few days after the case is complete and wait for the NVC to schedule your interview date. Once they schedule your interview date then they ship your case to the embassy.

I did not see whic country you are from so it depends on how long it will take to get an interview date. Some countries it's quick while others there is a backlog and can take a few months.
