Hello to all in VJ my case is in National Visa Center since June 2015, on July 7 I summit the AOS and Civil documents and all the payments, on July 31 checklist recive on email I mailed to them and the scan date 8/4/15 since that date nothing happen in my case , well I start making a phone calls every week to get update but the representative always tell me the same they are behing in cases review due to high volume of mail, finally on 9/11/15 when I call again and ask information on my case the representative said my case is longer there and still the same after the check list nobody touch my case anymore. The representative pull my case under supervisor review but continue the same as before no supervisor work in my case ans not even review my DS-260 application now i need to wait 42 to 60 days to the supervisor complete the review, is very ridiculous take longer when other people get the CC a

in 2 weeks and schedule interview date , my question is ? they work in cases recently coming and ignored completed the cases are there for more of 3 months or what. No supervisor available to speak directly with me and all the time I request all supervisor are busy but they call me back they said and never happen I'm in this situation and at this point I don't know what else I can do, next 10/19 i going thru a spinal surgery and I really need my husband be here with me to help during my recovery and I request expedite in my case , I summit my Neurosurgeon and Ortho letters about 1 week ago but i don't hear anything yet about my expedite request. on monday I write and summit my proof to the Senator of California I hope her team be able to help me because I stuck there for almost 4 most my case is CR1 and I'm USA Citizen the category is immediately relative and for this category visas are available all the time. Please Help Me What Else I can do or share experience if any one are in the same position like me. Thank You and all my best . GOOD LUCK EVERY ONE.

I know how you feel. It is extremely frustrating being stuck at NVC and seeing a lot of other people sailing through and get cc after only a few weeks. I've even seen people get to NVC after us, and they already have their visa and have moved to the US. Sooooooooooooo frustrating.

You would think that NVC works on the cases in the order they're received, but that's not the case. NVC is not that efficient and organised. Basically, NVC is a lottery. If you get the right person reviewing your case, you can get through it very quickly. If you're unlucky, you'll be stuck there for months.

There's a few of us here who've been stuck at supervisor review for a very long time. Our case reached NVC beginning of March. I submitted my DS-260 on May 1st, it hasn't been reviewed yet. My husband and I have been stuck at supervisor review for 100 days or something now. It's been so long that we've lost track of exactly how long it's been. Like you, we called many many many times but unable to get hold of the supervisor, we've given our phone number on several occasions but the supervisor never called back.

Hopefully you get an expedite due to your upcoming surgery. We contacted our Senator and after having no action on our case since June 25th, NVC is finally looking at our case. I know of others on VJ who've also been stuck at NVC for a long time and got some action once their Senator got involved, so hopefully that will help you too.
