hello, im new to this site, my lovely gorgeous wife from england recommended me to this site

for some insight on the visas situation.

im an american citizen born and raised here, well to make a long story short, everything is approved the I-130 and the I-129F,

Im waiting on the another package to come i guess the affidavit of support,

now my question is what to do if I cant find a sponsor in time to help bring my wife and step son home to me?

Then their visas will not be issued until an acceptable joint sponsor (you will always be the primary sponsor) is found. They stay in the UK, you live in the US.

You need to educate yourselves on the process. You seem confused. Why both an I-130 and I-129F?

Why do you need a joint sponsor, I agree that you seem confused about the process, are you using a lawyer?

no I dont have a lawyer, with my job according to the guide lines i dont make enough, so i need to find a joint sponsor.

I did it on my own without a lawyer cause I cant afford it. plus I dont want to be taken advantage of. So Im trying to find a second job as well
