When you get your interview date call the same day and they will set your medical date within the time frame thats required

Do I need to register My appointment at the ais.usvisa website? If yes how do I enter my last name? For example in passport it says john nee doe ....john is the marriage name which I'm using .and doe represent s name before marriage.
