I can never understand that.

He was black

His victims white

He wasn't black.

Hate crime, motivated certainly by religion and possibly by race. Certainly a Black on White crime.

It is different over here.

Who says it was a black on white crime? Who says he was black? I thought he was mixed race.

According to every news report I have seen he was black.

The news report linked in this topic says he was mixed race, conservative republican with no religious affiliation.

Mixed race, like Obama.

Did you need an example? I thought most people would generally know what mixed race means.

So did I but I was wrong,
