Hello,

I just got online to sign up to receive email updates on our case. I just noticed that our NOA1 had the California address printed on it... we mailed it to the Texas.

Does this mean the California office is processing our file not Texas? I am a little confused!

Thanks!

Lauren

That happens to all of us (check out my timeline).

Only VSC and CSC are dealing with K1 visas but we still need to mail our applications to TSC and NSC and then they're forwarded on.

Don't asky...nothing makes sense.

Congrats on the NOA1.

Lauren,

Yes, I sent my I-129F form to Nebraska, and it got sent to California as well. I think that is the location where all (?) I-129F forms are processed (no other location has this form listed on their online processing times chart).

Both of us mailed our I-129F applications about the same time, and both of our fiancés are Norwegian - small world!

Best,

Max
