So, I just received an RFE in the mail today for the beneficiary's letter of intent. The problem is that WE SENT THAT IN ALREADY with the original petition package. This is so frustrating! Has anyone else received an RFE like this? SO ANNOYING!!! :ranting: When I called USCIS they are useless. They give no more info than the website.

N&Y

End is not the end, in fact E.N.D is

"Effort Never Dies" and if you get NO in

an answer, then remember NO is

"Next Opportunity". Always be positive.

How was the letter of intent signed? Was it a wet signature? Or was it a scanned copy of the original signature? If the latter than they are asking for an original signature. Some at the USCIS accept a scanned copy and others do not. Sounds like you may have found someone who wants an original signature.

Have the beneficiary send you another letter of intent with an original signature and you submit that to the USCIS.

Mistakes happen, things get lost or misplaced, you didn't submit something in the correct format, and so on.

It can be frustrating, but supply what's needed and keep the process moving forward.

Just send another rfe usually don't get delayed for long if you just send what they want at least you weren't denied for not having it (although it was there) less frustrating to just send what they ask and get approved in a week or less after they get it. .as someone mentioned they are actively working your case so good news even if it's a hiccup. .good luck
