hello here

both of me and my american citizen fiance(E) started the k1-visa last november and in last january they asked for more evidence about our relationship and they answered us as follow:

On February 15, 2007, we received your response to our request for evidence. We will notify you by mail when we make a decision or if we need something from you. If you move while this case is pending, call customer service. You should expect to receive a written decision or written update within 60 days of the date we received your response unless fingerprint processing or an interview are standard parts of case processing and have not yet been completed, in which case you can use our processing dates to estimate when this case will be done. This case is at our VERMONT SERVICE CENTER location.You can also receive automatic e-mail updates as we process your case.

I got this answer on 17 febraury and till now i don't know anything about my case do they want more evidence or my case was pending or approved I didn't get any informations or e-mails from the USCIS i followed the site and customer services but nothing more than the answer I mail to you

I'm so curious about my case I want to know what happened to it and where is it now ?i want to know about my case to get out of this silent ? what can i do help me please i'm getting crazy with this process !

Well from your post and the reply you received, the service center has received your response to their request for further evidence and you will be notified when it is approved. Hang in there. Hopefully you wont be waiting too much longer for your approval.

The letter says that they received your evidence and that they will notify you when they make a decision on your case. They are working on it, be patient....you should get a decision soon .

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.

There really is nothing you can do but try to calm down and relax... I know it's easy to say but hard to do. I've been there, done that....ah... but things will work out..don't worry :) Keep intouch with your love one and be patient. Wishing you all the best!

Feb 22nd, 2007 Interview date!! - VISA APPROVED!!!!!

You can also log on to the USCIS website 5 or 6 times a day, (like I did - hehe!), and see if the date changes, (ie see if you get any of those encouraging 'touches' that indicate someone is actually doing something with your petition).

Hopefully you will get it soon, at the VSC I imagine that it will go much faster than most of the posters here even with RFE's. Hang in there .. we all want to be with our loved ones very soon but the waiting is all just a part of it .. good luck in your journey :)
