I have been watching the coverage and the thing that strikes you is the number of fatties, or full sized Americans as I call them.

The thing that really struck me is another crazy jackass somehow managed to get gun, but to each their own, I guess.

Google pics from the 70's 80's, the general population was much leaner. Something has happened to make obesity full-blown. I think Oregon is one of the fitter states.

piss poor example if you ask me. i see one chick who should probably rethink sporting bare midriff, surrounded by women who look fit enough.

so i hear some people got shot, boiler you should compile a list of the dead's bmi. we should probably start tracking the obesity of gunshot victims. something good will come of all this.

i hope boiler takes my advice and starts with the bmi list. bmi in correlation to lack of heartbeat after a gunshot wound. the answer to mass murder lies somewhere therein..

This could be the angle that the authorities need to focus on.

You don't have to be the fastest one in the group, just faster than the slowest one.

was the pastor suggesting that kids should be forced to carry? because students on campus are certainly allowed to have guns.

The conservative site Breitbart and others assert that guns were banned at UCC. This is not true. The student code of conduct bans guns "without written authorization." Under Oregon law, the university could not ban people with a valid concealed carry license from bringing their weapons on campus. (They could ban gun from various buildings and facilities.) Conservative writer Dana Loesch, who initially claimed the campus was a "gun free zone," updated her article to clarify that individuals with concealed carry permits were allowed to bring guns on campus.

There was, in fact, someone on campus with a concealed carry weapon at the time of the massacre. A local reporter explained to CNN that it was legal for him to have such a weapon on campus.
