NVC STILL NO UPDATE FOR MY CASE

My petitioner had sent my documents to nvc, if I'm not mistaken it was on July or June, then my petitioner got an email from nvc that she needs to fill another I-864W. It was a checklist. My mom (my petitioner) renewed it and then send it to nvc as soon as she's done with it.

August 21, they emailed my mom confirming that they have received my mom's mail.

And so I waited again for another 30 days, I've count the days and I didn't even include the weekends and the Labor day, and there's still no update. I messaged my mom and she answered me just to wait for it because maybe the nvc will just mail me the interview letter or something. I told her to call nvc but I don't know if she already called them. I'm feeling hopeless because on Oct 5, it will be the 30th day if I'm not mistaken.

What should we do? I'm turning 18 next year and I already want to study so much (I've stopped studying just for this)

Maybe you should call NVC. You're the beneficiary so you can talk to the reps and see what's happening. I also suggest asking to speak to a supervisor since it's been past the 30 day timeframe.
