Here's the Cliff Notes version of your checklist:

1. A couple of weeks after the USCIS approves your K-1 petition, start calling the NVC every day until they give you your MNL case number.

2. Once you have your MNL case number, pay the visa application fee and schedule an interview with the U.S. Embassy Manila.

3. Send your fiancée your I-134, it's supporting documents, your updated letter of intent to marry, and any additional evidence of your ongoing bona fide relationship with your fiancée.

4. Have your fiancée gather the documents she will need at the interview, such as her NBI clearance and her CENOMAR.

5. Complete the medical.

Note: The USEM has K-1 interview preparation instructions on their web site.

Best of luck to you...

This is all the stuff that my fiancee needs to do on her end right? She will have to go to the bank and pay the visa fee and schedule the appointment.

Your fiancée will pay the visa application at the bank. Either of you can schedule her interview. She will get her CENOMAR and NBI clearance.

Can I fill out her online app for her and email her the confirmation page? She gets really overwhelmed and flustered with the paperwork for this stuff.
