What proof do I need?

Hello, my fiancé and I are planning to apply for the K-1 Visa and we understand that we need proof that we will marry within the 90 days, once we get approved for the visa, but what proof could we use for this? What sort of documents would we need to prove we are going to get married within the 90 days? And also, what are the steps to apply for the K-1 Visa? What are all the forms we need to apply for? Also, do I (the American Citizen) need to sign some sort of affidavit saying I can provide for her and that she won't need the governments help for money? Will I be able to have a co-signer as well? Last question (sorry for so many), will it be difficult for my fiancé to come to the U.S. from Canada with all her belongings and cats (we know all the things we need to bring pets across the border), once she has the K-1 Visa?

Thank you so much in advance! We are stressing so much over this and just want to finally be able to live together after the 3 years of us being in a long distance relationship! Also, we have no worries over what proof we need to prove our relationship is real, we have many plane tickets, photos, texts, etc.
