Should i include my parents' death certificates with the IV package ??

I think there`s no need to put such documents into applicant`s package. Your parents are not involved into your own immigration process.

Especially in your I-130 petition you have probably put them as deceased.

Hello VJers, is petitioner documents included for CR1.. birth certificate of petitioner; anyone experienced getting a checklist for birth certificate? im thinking these documents does not apply to IR1/CR1 cases. just want to make sure :unsure:

Hello!

Passport or birth certificate of petitioner goes only to AOS i guess. To prove that he is a citizen.

In IV package should be only your birth certificate. On a site it says "petitioner`s birth certiicate is needed if you file for your own relatives, like parents IR-5 visa or brother and sister F-4 visa". That`s how I understood that list and I put only my documents there.

Can someone give me a reality check regarding the AOS package.

I own two small businesses. They are incorporated as C corporations. I took no additional income (such as bonuses and dividends) from my business EXCEPT regular salary and wages (so no additional schedules were filed).

Therefore, I am an EMPLOYED as opposed to SELF-EMPLOYED ... is this correct?

Hi everyone!

Very much to my surprise, we got a CC today- one day after being flagged for Supervisor Review! I was so sad yesterday, but when I spoke with the NVC reps (twice) I remained very calm and understanding that none of this is technically their fault. I had an incredibly nice conversation with one agent for about 30 minutes yesterday, and I feel like just being a good sport about it to her was what helped my review go faster!

Thank you everyone for all your support and help! Good luck to everyone and remember to be kind and not get discouraged! :luv:

Excellent. Very glad to hear. That one turned out pretty good. That was quick too for a resolution lol.

I have found that when I have been courteous for the most part they have been nice. I even have made some laugh which was good.

Now on to the next step.

I have a bit of a problem- more or less a worry. I am currently a student, no income etc. Last year I had a part time job that only lasted a few months (I didnt make enough to file) I have a joint sponsor. Is it okay that I do not send anything along with my filled out I864? No W2 or anything... I just feel like that looks really bad...):
