@tashired

Thanks sooooo much!!!! And congrats to you too. Well we are at the mercy of Kingston. The rep told me that cases are transferred at the end of the month... So we have wait for it to be transferred and interviewed. But God is able

If God takes us to it, He'll bring us through it. He'll never take us where His grace cannot reach and keep us

I just called NVC for the reason i cant sign in to the online payment for AOS. but then they ask me who wants to be my agent, and that would be the petitioner, ask for a birthdate and told me AOS and IV bill should be available soon. I asked when i should do the ds 261 review and she told me that we just did that over the phone. so i guess thats it for the choice of agent review and now waiting for aos and iv to get invoiced :idea:

Lucky day!

I have my choice of agent reviewed today - after 2 weeks of waiting and calling NVC, but we have paid AOS fee already and waiting for IV to be available.

Congrats!

post-201276-0-69416000-1444173784_thumb.png Hubby finally got through NVC ang got some answers. This was a false checklist auto-generated by the NVC. We've sent our AOS and IV packages together last Sept. 10 and I filled up my DS260 online last Aug. 28. Now, the lady that my husband talked with said everything in the packages have been reviewed and completed except for my DS 260, which I think they might have overlooked since it was an online application. The lady also told my husband she will ask her supervisor to expedite the review on my DS260. Praying and hoping will have a case complete before the week ends, and the next email we will get will be about the interview! post-201276-0-69416000-1444173784_thumb.pngpost-201276-0-69416000-1444173784_thumb.png

I called this morning as soon as they opened for a status update since it's been over 30 days... despite a girl telling me the documents would be reviewed in 7 days and my file had been pulled for review, the operator forced me to go into Supervisor Review. I asked if there were any other options, if I could just wait it out, but he said going to Supervisor Review is the only way to handle it after it's been this long. Up to 42 more days for a first review!!! How is this fair?

It is so disheartening. There has been no checklist, no reason for our case to have not had a single pair of eyes at NVC even glance over it. We filed out all paperwork correctly, flew through USCIS, paid every fee as soon as it became available and sent our packages out priority mail as soon as we had the green light. We entered the "waiting" phase of NVC after only 6 days of having our case number! We just got really unlucky with this review. :cry::cry::cry:

NVC scan date: August 26

Cas complete: October 5, 2015.

It was past due the 30 day mark and on the 31 day I called and they flagged it for supervisors review. This only took about 4 days for supervisor's review. If your past the 30 days call and ask them to have it reviewed

Very good to hear. Thanks for sharing how the supervisor review worked out well for you. On to the next step. Good to have this part done.

CallMeShams, i called and ask to speak to a supervisor and the lady ask me to wait then she said i have a supervisor on the line so i told her that am at nvc since may . I ask if she could help me because am sick she took my number and told me to give her some time to locate my file i told her thanks and i check later and i saw 3na's . I am so happy words can't explain as you say its my day it really is.Thanks loads .

Very glad to hear that you got the case complete. Sounds like it was been about that time for them to review it. Thanks for sharing. Now on to the next step.

I think I can relate to getting to moving quickly and then there is a slow down in the progress. I think there was one person who got a complete 5 days after going on supervisor review. I thought I had the NVC figured out but it is so arbitrary. Hoping you get the case complete soon.
