I and my Chinese girlfriend plan to start k1 process soon . my question is her daughter is now 18 just started her second year of collage ! her daughter wants to stay in china to finish collage almost 3 more years , by that time she will be over 21 , what process do we use to move her here after collage ? how long does it usually take ? any help or suggestions will be appreciated . I am so confused !

Because she will be over 18 at the time you marry you can do nothing.. Your wife can file an I130 , Currently that takes about 2 years for someone under 21 and 7 for older children.

I'd do this differently and not after the college. K1 is the perfect choice as she can come on K2 visa with her mother and do AOS, get AP and then re-entry permit after she has the GC. Schooling is perfectly acceptable reason for re-entry permit and absence out of the country.

You seem to be confused. You said your girlfriend is doing K1. K1 does not use I-130.

Just be sure that the K2 daughter gets her AOS approval prior to attaining 21 years of age.
