AOA,

My name is Usman and i am starting this thread so people from Pakistan can share their Immigration Journey and experiences with other VisaJourney members from Pakistan.

NVC has started to schedule interviews for November for many other countries. I hope they start scheduling for Pakistan soon.

So please come forward and join this thread.

Sharing my Immigration Journey.

Consulate: Islamabad, Pakistan.

1. August 28 - Submitted Ds-260.

2. September 02 - Mailed AOS & Civil Documents to NVC via FEDEX.

3. September 03 - Fedex tracking shows package delivered.

4. September 04 - NVC scanned the package, confirmed over the phone with NVC helpline.

5. September 05 - Received NVC acknowledgment email, stating to give 30 days to review documents.

6. September 25 - NVC REVIEWED DOCUMENTS AND THE CASE WAS COMPLETED in 22 days (confirmed over the phone).

7. Waiting for interview to be scheduled...........

Calling NVC everyday to find out if the interview date has been scheduled.

Got email from NVC last night...interview date is November 5th InshaAllah

01/30/2015 - Husband mailed I-130 package to USCIS

02/02/2015 - NOA1 received, Nebraska Service Center

07/13/2015 - I-130 approved!!

07/20/2015 - USCIS sent case to NVC

NVC

07/24/2015 - NVC received

08/10/2015 - Case number assigned

08/13/2015 - Submitted DS-261

08/15/2015 - Paid AOS fee

09/01/2015 - Sent IV and AOS package

09/03/2015 - Scan date

09/09/2015 - Got DS-261 reviewed on call

09/10/2015 - IV bill available and paid the same day (currently "In Process")

09/11/2015 - IV bill status changed to "Paid"

09/15/2015 - Submitted DS - 260

09/28/2015 - Case Complete!!!

10/02/2015 - Received interview letter (P4) via e-mail (Interview date --- November 05, 2015)

Embassy

10/06/2015 - Medical done!

10/13/2015 - Received medical report

11/05/2015 - Interview (APPROVED!!!)

Got email from NVC last night...interview date is November 5th InshaAllah

Fatima your timeline says that your case was completed on September 29. Is that the day you received the case complete email or did you call NVC and they told you the case complete date?

The reason why I am asking is cuz my CC is September 25 and I received the case complete email on October 02 and i still don't have an interview date.

The reason why I am asking is cuz my CC is September 25 and I received the case complete email on October 02 and i still don't have an interview date.

I called them when I saw the 3rd N/A...it was completed on September 28 and I called them the same day. They haven't sent any case complete mail yet but we did receive interview letter email last night so not sure if we're ever gonna receive a CC mail

You are lucky cuz my CC is Sept 25 and still no interview date. According to NVC whoever gets CC first, gets an interview first.

hi ,

sorry , I am posting in this thread ,

I paid AOS Fee $ 120 just four days ago for my wife ,

The status is Paid on the Web page , but it does not go further

What to do now , as the next step written on the page i received from the NVC , is

Submission of Visa Form

Kindly help me in this regard
