Wow we got our paper NOA1 in the mail today (Monday Oct 19) we received our Electronic one (text and email) Friday Oct 16. Only 3 days and 2 of those were the weekend!

I guess it got to us super fast as my fiance (the USC) lives in California!

Hey there! Thanks for the update. You guys have the same filing and NOA-email date as us but my fiance lives a bit further away... so hopefully if you've already received your paper NOA1, ours is on its way

According to our VJ timeline estimate, only 7 to 9 days to get our NOA2

I'll begin my daily checking of status!!!

Well at first I did too, but decided to let it go a little for my mental health. Hehehehe

Let's see how impatient I get the next couple of days. I'm just hoping not to get a RFE.

OMG there is people in the K1 Fiance Visa Timeline that got their NOA1 between the 21 and 24 of September and just got their NOA2 yesterday.

We got ours on the 30....that means that we might get our NOA2 next WEEK!!!!

And my Fiancé is coming to visit me!!!!

Is going to be a wonderful beginning of November! :star:

Hello Janina, ? I have seen many I129 F petiton the same date to ours were already approved today. There were 9 petition I had seen earlier and 2 were RFE. I always check it now daily to the tracker, 3:30 am UK time. A lot of prayers ???? for all of us.

It is an mobile application called USCIS case tracker, i downloaded it and you can track your case number there and also you can check petiotions near around case number up to 500 petition, I check 200 petiotions around my number so that I can compare it to mine. Actually they approve randomly, i have seen petitions before ours were not yet approve and the petition later than us were approved first. hope that helps ? Edited October 21, 2015 by AppleP

Hi. My fiance just sent a petition yesterday October 21, 2015 to Texas Service Center. I wanna ask, is it gonna be a problem if he sent a money order only writing down that it's a check for U.S. Department of Homeland Security, he forgot to put a short description of what that payment is for. And we just noticed yesterday that the letter of intent that I sent him had no zip code written to the Service Center it's gonnabe sent to. It has the address itself just not including the zipcode. Please help ? Thanks to whoever is gonna reply back.

Hi all! This is my first post to the site I'm an October filer (the beneficiary)! My fiance sent the petition October 13, and it arrived on the 15th. We received our NOA1 email/text late last night! I know CSC was likely, but it was so nice to see it on ours!!! I am so excited!
