Here is my latest update.

Came into the US through the Orlando International airport.

Gave my Passport with the K1 Visa, and the sealed envelope to the Immigration Officer. They took me to an office where I waited for around 20 min. Another officer called me and asked me in spanish that if I had been explained what was next. I replied that I needed to get married within 90 days and do the adjustment of status. He agreed and said that this was very important. He gave me back my passport with the Visa and that was it!!

Me and my love are finally together and we will be married on april 1st.

Now to start getting everything together for the next step.

I wish you all well and lots of luck in your own journey.

Alex and I have been friends for 23 years. We met in Mexico City and kept in touch as our friendship grew. Can soneone tell me how to get the i-94 ? I tried to get it online but it says "not found" all the time...

If it cant be found online you have to get in touch with the airport that was your POE...You have to get in touch with the CBP Officers at the airport and they will ask you a few questions. Good Luck!

Approved in Guangzhou!!! Exactly 5 months since we filed our initial application.

So glad that I was there for the interview. If you have the means, make the trip. Such a great moment to share together.

We'll post a detailed consulate review when I get back to Singapore with real Internet tomorrow.

Thank you to everyone on this thread! We're all in this together and it's all possible with patience and dillegence.

We wish you and your significant others good fortune for your upcoming interviews!

JR Three, congrats! We were also approved yesterday in Guangzhou!

If you had an early morning appointment, we most likely crossed paths in the sea of umbrellas.

I also recommend anyone go to the embassy with their significant other, it is an incredible experience.

Good luck to everyone. Stay positive, and believe. Dreams do come true.

I was dragged there at 6:50am and there was already a line. The guy in front of us had a 9:00am appointment.

My fiancee just got her visa today, so I'm guessing yours got it or will soon?

Congrats!

It has been some journey so far. Sorry to have not posted in a while.

My fiancé arrived through Newark Airport. She was sent to a room. They spoke to her in Spanish since she doesn't know English.

All they said was that if she knows she has 90 day to marry. That was it.

Everything has been going very smoothly. We are having a very small wedding in June with my closest family members & friends.

Currently we are applying for a social security number :)

Haven't replied in a while, but wanted to say that the fiancee has got the visa and everything couldn't have gone more smoothly. She said the interview was extremely easy and there was absolutely nothing to worry about. Maybe it is because Japan is considered a "low fraud" country, but she said about the hardest question was "what is his favorite food?"
