Hi everyone! I'm new on the forum..

Me and my fiancé have sent our I-129F last tuesday (Oct 6) and it was delivered on wednesday (Oct 7). So far we don't have any notice by email or text (we have sent G-1145 attached at the front of our petition), so I'm getting worried about if everything was ok.. I have looked through some of timelines here and the period between delivering and NOA1 seems quicker . Anyone here in the same situation? Or maybe i'm just freaking out...

Hey, I think we will have same timeline, I sent mine on the 6th, delivered on the 9th... but they haven't sent me any text, and my check is not cashed yet.

Well... yesterday was Columbus Day. So I guess we need to wait a few more days!

I am seeing that people get their NOA2 very quickly these day. Instead of months, now they get it within 20+ days. I am happy about it but just curious as how and when did this happen for good?

Hopefully we will get ours soon as well

Yea, I've seen that too.. my guess is that its because california service center works hard!

I read it somewhere in the forum, they said that ever since March, all K1 were routed to California due to Texas was way behind..

Anyway!! It is good new for us, just hope we can get our NOA2 within a month too!

Hi everybody, We sent our i-129f packet on Oct 08 and we have not heard from them yet. We know that its too early to get anxious about everything.. We are just patiently waiting coz we know that these process will going to take longer. And GOOD LUCK to all of us k-1 filers!!!!

Ours was delivered on sep 25 but got the email notification of the NOA1 until oct.30 We finally got our hard copy delivered in Florida by oct 9.

Hope this information helps both of you to compare your own timeline.

Patience is the key here!! Breathe and always hope for the best.

Yeah, I am glad that we applied when we did. I am a very impatient person but every step of this process test your patience and I am slowly getting to accept that. I am looking forward to some one in the October filers get their NOA2. I think most of the early September filers got theirs already.

Getting a little disheartened as the estimated date for my NOA-2 adjudication for my timeline keeps getting pushed back.

Quite nerve-wracking to meet with wedding planners and talk about down payments when everything is still so up in the air.

Patience is not one of me virtues unfortunately

Hey there.. I think you might have filled out your timeline wrong. You say in your timeline it was at Texas Service Center and then was transferred to California..... I believe all of us around the same date was sent directly to California. I know we have send the application to Dallas Lockbox but it was sent to the California service center for processing. My guess is that because you have a transfer in your timeline, it's giving you a date further out than us.... Does that make sense?

Oh I just noticed mine got pushed back too a couple of days.

Hey I don't mind a couple of days, when the average time for approval used to be 3 to 5 months.

Let's stay positive.

My fiancé and I won't make any definite plans until my interview appointment is scheduled. I think that is better for our state of mind, not adding any more stress to the process.

As soon as I get my Visa and arrive to the US we will get the married at the clerks office. Then we can take time to plan a nice wedding ceremony with no hurries, just the way we want it.

Okay so I changed my to reflect a transfer like your and it puts the timeline to January... then if you change your timeline to sent to California.. not transferred to California.. should give you estimate to end of October.... if you NOA-1 starts with WAC.. it was sent to California in the first place.. not transferred to California.. Hope that makes sense.

Haha yeah not making plans is probably much smarter!

It's just that my mom has jumped on and begun spearheading my wedding campaign and she has been very eager to start the process of wedding plans.

She is not an easy woman to calm down!
