Update: CFO complete. Fyi for Philippines. Even tho you're holding your approved visa and already scheduled for the CFO please keep in mind that before you purchase your plane ticket there's still a possibility that you might be delayed and not make that flight. My Fiancée told me that couple of the k1 applicants with approved visas got sent home and need to return on a later date due to divorce paperwork discrepancy.

You'll be fine. Just be sure to have your divorce papers with her. That she knows about the divorce and why it happened. That will be a question and she better have a good solid answer. She needs to be confident. She needs to be truthful and she needs to look the interviewer in the eyes when answering. This interview will be much harder than then USEM was.

If she is timid, there is a good change you will "loose the fight" as they will drill her like a marine sergeant. Yes, they can decide not give her a CFO certificate until such time that she can convince another interviewer that she wants this.

Don't worry, if she does all this she will pass. So relax and take a deep breath..

I told my fianceè not to take the cfo for granted coz i can't think of any back up plan if worst comes to worst. I can't wait to get these things over! I might need a long vacation when she gets here..lol. Thank u Greenbaum. You're the best!

Back up plan is to either return to Manila CFO and see another interview and try again OR go to CEBU where they seem to be more relaxed.

And  YW (from your early thank you)

Figure I ask in this post.... does this mean NOA2 is coming?

"Case Was Approved
On January 15, 2016, we approved your Form I-129F, Petition for Fiance(E), Receipt Number XXXXXXXXXXXX. We will mail your approval notice. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address."
