Well RapidVisa created for me a worksheet that included previous jobs and education info.

I went into the DS-160 online form and neither options appeared.

I wrote to Rapidvisa and asked them about it. They said that, and I quote: "the online normally does not ask previous if you are currently working"

So I said: And it doesn't ask me either about education. Is that correct?

And they replied: "Yes that is correct"

Well, we went ahead and scheduled an ASC appointment and a visa interview for Feb 23 & 24th! Hopefully we get the letter from the consulate soon!

Curious to know..did you see when were the earliest appointments available in the Consulate in Ciudad Juarez?

The earliest appointment was the 23rd of February, but I didn't want to do it on a Tuesday so that I can make sure to schedule the medical at least two days before. If we did the Tuesday, medical would have to be on friday and thats more days of needing to be there with a hotel etc.

I thought I might have everything ready to move to the US at the end of January.

Hey thanks to your post I was able to move fast to reserve my ASC and Consulate Interview appointments. We are having the same exact dates as you guys.

I went ahead and did the flight and hotel reservations for Ciudad Juarez, as well.

If we had waited for the consulate letter to arrive we would have gotten our appointments until March.

So now we will only have to wait for the letter so we can schedule my medical appointment as soon as possible in Mexico City.

hi, did anyone here have problems getting their MRV receipt number after paying for visa? I am applying at Mumbai embassy, and I paid my visa fees on 5th December. Still no email or sms regarding my receipt number. I even tried using last 12 digits of my unique beneficiary account number to no avail.

Idk if its a blessing or a bad thing but I don't have to schedule my appointment. I sent out the required documents to the embassy today and they will later call me and give me an interview date.

I see they have a long wait for interview in Mexico, hopefully its not the case here lol.

Yup only place for K1 in Mexico.....Yes I am hoping more become available but obviously I will take what I can get as soon as she gets her passports this week I am booking an appointment two months is going to be longer than it took for packet to go the USCIS and get approved and leave the NVC...
