AHHHHH!!!!! ????? NOA2 from the app just came through. Oh my goodness I'm in tears. I just had to FaceTime Lee to let him know. He was asleep, but happy to be woken up with this news. Oh my word I'm excited.

Hello I am new here, my NOA 1 was recived on 7 october, AND i See that a lots of people already have the NOA 2, hope it Will be Soon FOR all of us that still are Waiting ????, VJ estimate me that Around 7 novembber i Will recive the NOA2 AND It's 10 already but hopefully will be soon . Lol, yeah you are right. I hope every October filer stay here till the end since we will all be going through the same steps at roughly the same time so we can share our experience, give and take advice and be here to support each other.

My NOA1 was Oct 7 too and got my approval last night, some people with the same date got approval earlier and some are still waiting. It could be a few days here and there but you are almost there. Good luck

I know what you mean. Postal services in Mexico are terrible. I'm not sure if the consulate here, sends the instructions to the beneficiary or the petitioner, but it is via post. If we don't get it in time, I read that I can go to the consulate's customer service and ask for a copy of it before the medical and the interview.

I read that somebody in Italy got their interview scheduled in Italy after only 2 weeks of getting their NOA2. Looking at statistics in Mexico it is possible I'll get mine in 2 months (by the end of January or the beginning of February). My Fiancé and I will start preparing the Affidavit of support this week.

I hope you get your NOA2 soon. Ours took 37 days, and by the end it was better for me not to obsess with it. My Fiancé reassured me saying don't worry, it will come when it need to come.

I am trying to gauge when she can cross or at least a timeframe, obviously you guys will be first I would love to exchange notes maybe between beneficiary's .

My Fiancé is in Florida and I live in Mexico City. As soon as anyone of us gets the letter we will tell you.

We have been advised to call the NVC two weeks after NOA2 notification date, to start trying to get our Case number. So we will probably get that info before the letter arrives, so we can start with the DS-160 form, and start to move forward to schedule everything else (medical, biometrics and interview).

We already started filling out the affidavit of support and getting all the documents I will need to take with me to Ciudad Juarez, but we will need to wait for the letter to arrive because they will ask for it in all the appointments. I read I can ask for a copy in the consulate, but since I'm getting the medical and the biometrics appointment in Mexico City we will need to wait for it to arrive via post.

Anyway we can't complain. So far process has been moving at a good pace and we are excited to be together soon.

I am also going to have her do the Biometrics in Tijuana not sure if Medical can be done if not then Juarez I guess for that. The medical can only be done in Mexico City if you live there or in Ciudad Juarez if you are from any other place in Mexico.

I think I stated that I am not very familiar with the processing through Mexico but having said that I was wondering if something like what we (Philippines) can use to bypass the waiting game till "the letter" arrives with using a copy of the interview confirmation letter/email/webpage printout, OR the NVC letter OR a screen print from CEAC with your case #. It works for us in the Philippines.

Whoo Hoo just checked the app and we got approved. I was on the phone with my fiance and he said he didn't receive an email or text yet, but I would expect it to be sent tomorrow (Are government offices open on Veteran's Day?)

We got our NOA-2 on October 31, and tried calling the NVC Monday, November 9, and they said they hadn't received our case (no surprise really..I was a little eager). From what I've seen from other's experiences, it's usually 20 days between NOA-2 and when the NVC receives your case
