Mailed our petition Sept 28. NOA1 email received Oct 2nd. On the way to CSC. Hopefully they are still pumping these approvals out at the same rate as the past few months.

It will take 7 - 10 days business for NVC to receive your file from USCIS after you receive the NOA2, then another 2 - 5 business days for NVC to get your file in there system and get the case # from

All three of us have the same Oct. 2nd date. :) This will be interesting. I'm suspecting mine will take longer because my Fiance' and I have only met one time (for 10 days) in the last two years. It seems the ones where the couple has spent quite a bit more time together in "person" go through very quickly. We shall see.

Does the amout of time you have spent together in the last two years mattter in the quickness of the process?

I've seen my fiancé in the last two years only once a 7 day trip on may). I am going next week, and I have known him for 23 years. But we haven't been in the same physical space for long in the last few years.

I hope that isn't an issue in how long they take to process the petition.

Oh, I'm no expert here. Sorry about that, I was just speculating. Does anyone know why the process is speeding up and taking just a few weeks, when there are so many others (who filed months before us) still waiting for their NAO2?

me and my fiance meet online in cblove..i dont know if u familiar about that lol .. then he visit me here in davao.. on sept. 6 almost 10 days.. and we had our engagement party and we travel also in palawan before he came back...

Hey everyone. Just wanted to follow this October forum since I sent all my paperwork along with the I-129F form on September 26. The package was received on September 28th. We got our NOA1 on October 1st. On the phone app it says the petition was received on the 29the of Sept. It was sent to the CSC. Just waiting for the hard copy now and waiting for the NOA2 approval(fingers crossed). Good to all of you out there!!!!

My Fiancé lives in Florida. We thought we might be sent to TSC, and we were worried. But we werw sent to CSC. It seems everyone right now is being sent there were they are processing the petition very quickly.

Let's hope you get sent to there too. :)
