Yeah I mean that I wrote "6 Got approved RFE" which is a mistake. It should've said "6 Got a RFE"

A RFE is not an approval and it is not a rejection, it's only a request for more information. Sorry for the confusion.

Our I-129F got delivered in the Dallas Lockbox on sep 24, but our NOA1 has a sep. 25 reception date.

We got the e-notification on sep 30 and the hard copy on oct 8.

You should look at the date of receipt in your NOA1 hard copy or with your receipt number in myUSCIS of the USCIS case tracker app. The info they give you is the date they received it officially.

If you are in the 28 of sep. group those cases are already being reviewed!!!! :)

Alex and I have been friends for 23 years. We met in Mexico City and kept in touch as our friendship grew. Hello All! My Fiancee(China) and I have been following this forum throughout our preparation process. I hope we can all have a positive outcome and get through this as quickly as possible.

Our packet was received at the Lewisville Lockbox on October 21st after about 6 weeks of document preparation. We really front-loaded our application and went above and beyond what they asked for.

We turned in...

Cover Letter (believe it or not my attorney spelled my last name wrong on the cover letter, all of the forms were perfect...if firing him were an option at this point he would be gone)

I-129F

G-325A

Copy of my birth certificate and certified copy with official translation of her birth certificate.

Copies of passport with visa and stamps for first trip when I met her parents as was introduced to her and my recent trip when I met her parents, friends and extended family to celebrate our engagement

Copies of her passport and visa showing her entry in the US for 6 months to be with me

My sworn affidavit describing our relationship and future plans

Her sworn affidavit describing our relationship and future plans

Signed intent to marry form (one for each of us)

Apartment lease showing we lived together in the US from January until July 2015

Extensive travel history log (every airline receipt and hotel stay in the US and China)

Sworn affidavits from my parents and seven friends who we have visited during her time in the states and have knowledge of the relationship.

Sworn affidavits with certified translation from her parents, and 3 friends in China who I have met on my previous two trips to China since we have been a couple over the last year.

Copy of the email to her parents with translation asking their permission to marry their daughter and their positive response

Letter from the priest of my church describing our intent to marry and confirming that we met with him to discuss this

Application for marriage in the Catholic Church and letter from our diocese approving our application(she is not Catholic)

Photos and receipts of her engagement ring and our wedding bands(I already wear mine)

Photos of us together, with my family and friends in the US, with her family and friends in China

Social media screenshots from various stages in our relationship highlighting trips together and events we attended together

Wechat communication log (we had over 80,000 messages in under 12 months...we shaved it down to about 80 pages of messages)

Skype log from when we first met to when she arrived in the US

Receipt for plane tickets for two trips to China in the next 4 months during this process

G-28 form notice of appearance of council.

And that's it...hopefully the screw up from our attorney won't effect things.

Right after I booked my plane ticket to visit her in China over Thanksgiving a temporary position opened up in Singapore for the next two months so I'm writing this from Singapore right now! The best part is she's currently on her way here! I better get off here and head to the airport to get her. Best of luck to everyone else and I'll be following your stories as they evolve on here!

Here are the numbers for those who have a 25 of sept. NOA1 receipt according to the USCIS Case Tracker app

133 I-129f Cases received

119 Cases got NOA1

25 Got approved (NOA2) between the 22 and 24 of oct.

6 Got approved RFE

1 Case with an adjustment of information

Still 87 cases to be reviewed (ours is among them) :)

FYI there are still more than 100 I-129F cases to be reviewed from the 24th, and there were 13 NOA2's and 7 RFE's from the 28th of sep. (the next business day following the 25th). So yes, there is really no exact order for the cases to be reviewed.

We are hoping next week is our lucky week to get our NOA2!!! :luv:

Hey Jannina, I am using the tracker too, I was wondering how were you able to search by receipt date? The only option I can search from is the receipt #s.

There is no option to search by date. I did the search considering 500 numbers and then randomly did a search by specific number to see the date of the receipt. That way I was able to locate what seems to be the last sep 24 case received and the first sep 28 case.

I know it sounds obsessive, but it has given me information that keeps me calm in this crazy process. :clock:

The USCIS tracker for my Android phone seems to be disabled. Is anyone else having the same issue? I checked it last night and this morning and got "Updated: Unresolvable exception: Read..."

I click on the message and it tells me that my case cannot be found. I'm hoping it's just a website issue and nothing to do with my case. :) I tried logging in online and it seems the website is unavailable.

:clock:

I see... lol

I was thinking the same thing too.. no worries we are all very obsessive right now hahaha :goofy:
