Any reason why you have to wait? Maybe head over to the Embassy website that you will process through and read up on the requirements if you have not done so already. You might find a way to speed things up and not wait. We processed through and learned that we could save 2 months processing time if we took control of our process. Maybe you can do the same.

Check in with the Germany sub-forum for additional help.

Hi all! My fiancé received the NVC letter in the mail today and upon checking online our case status says "Ready". Now, the thing is our USCIS case still says "Case Received" and spoke with a tier 2 agent and was answered they don't even know how that happened with the approval notice. Should I be worried about this? Or can we move on to the next step?

Go to http://travel.state....udadJuarez.pdf as this is your bible needed to complete and receive your visa. The required documents are included and use the this website as a check list. Once you have completed or gathered the required documents you'll be ready for your interview.

Last but not least, READ the pages on the US Embassy website for you country so that you are up to speed.

http://ciudadjuarez.usconsulate.gov/

One last place to check for information would be the VJ Wiki found here: http://www.visajourney.com/wiki/index.php/Special:AllPages

So, after calling NVC and Guangzhou consulate, nobody was able to tell me my case status, as in where it is, in transit or arrived. NVC told me it left on Dec 14, and that's all they know. I called Guangzhou consulate, they didn't even let me talk and send me to the automated messages... I read on the consulate website, it says that it could take up to 6 months from NVC to get to consulate, that sounds crazy!!! I ended up sending a message to them through "contact us" hopefully they will get back to me somehow.

Anyways, so I figured I'd try this DHL tracking to at least get a hold of something. However when I put in my info as stated in the instruction, there was no results found. Any idea if I was doing something wrong?

I put

EXP 14 DEC 2015A

range of dates from 12/13/2015 to today

Country is China.

Thanks!

I got the same results as you and I also used different dates and nothing came up. I was able to track those going to the Philippines on that day so shipments for your reference date did go out but I can't explain where yours is. Those that I traced took about 2 weeks to arrive at their intended destination.

You should've scheduled her for cfo beacause last time i checked the earliest available schedule was jan 12th. I got her scheduled on jan 7th. They dont allow walk ins anymore.. Go online now if u have time
