It will take 7 - 10 days business for NVC to receive your file from USCIS after you receive the NOA2, then another 2 - 5 business days for NVC to get your file in there system and get the case # from

Our I-129F packet was mailed out on Sept. 29th and received today Oct. 1st. I guess that technically makes me an October filer? Thanks for opening this group. My fiance' and I met online via Faceb

Finally, after lurking on this forum for longer than I dare admit, I'm now officially petitioned for! We got our e-notification Oct 1st and heading for CSC. Good luck to all of us :-)

Congratulations to new approvals! Woot woot!! Come on October filers more approval no RFE please!

yes!!' We got the noa2 approval already! We just received a txt msg from uscis! We got noa1 last 10/13 and noa2 10/03!! Yahooo!!

Woah! That's only 7days ahead from my Noa1! Hope I get mine soon!! ^_^

Thanks..Yeah it was quick.. We were actually waiting for an Rfe because there are different kinds divorce papers in Japan and we dont know which one them is right one to submit.

This waiting is torturous!!! I would give anything to log on to my account and see it has been approved. The sad thing is that I realize I haven't been waiting too long. But oh my geez! The stress of the unknown is absolutely horrible!
