As a promising sign, today I checked my bank account statement and it looks like the check posted. This is definitely a promising sign as it shows that they at least opened the package and it is not floating in limbo somewhere.

My fiance sent the petition to Texas on October 22 and it arrived on October 23. He's from South Carolina, I'm from the Philippines. We're still waiting on NOA1. I hope our processing times are all fast. Every single one of us knows how terrible the feeling is of being too far away from the one we love, I feel so miserable not being able to be with him. Godbless to everyone going through ane about to go through this petitioning process.

I hate that the money order from his bank couldn't be tracked. Ugh. Im kinda stressing out, I just want some kind of positive sign that our petition have been opened by someone there. ??? We sent it Oct 21st, it got there by 22nd.

A quick update:

Looking this morning there were quite a few NOA2's delivered last night for receipt numbers close to mine. My date is October 2nd. I had a slough of notifications from my case tracker app. I have about 100 each way of mine with approvals coming on both sides. In the Sept Filer Forum there are still quite a few people waiting but as far as I can tell they have begun approving cases from the first few days of October.

I hope we get anything by next week, I'll start to worry if we don't get anything about NOA1 in 3wees. I seen it usually takes 1-2weeks to get a hard copy of that NOA1.

I got my NOA1 eNotification today. It was transferred to California for processing. I live in Asia with her so it is always nice waking up to this sort of news.
