The 129-F package was delivered today! I am actually living in Shanghai (I've been here on work assignment until February), but I am encouraged by the unusually fast turnarounds that have been reported. Looking forward to good news.

It will take 7 - 10 days business for NVC to receive your file from USCIS after you receive the NOA2, then another 2 - 5 business days for NVC to get your file in there system and get the case # from

Congrats and buckle up! it'll be one crazy ride.. :dance: It's been 10 flippen days since I sent out my i129f and so far I've seen 5 white hairs on the right side of my head.. :secret:

Just to clarify... all petitioners send their petitions to Texas Lockbox and only from there the petitions are either sent to CSC and VSC or stay in TSC. This is not the same as a transfer :)

I've noticed you put TSC as your filing location. In fact you do not yet have a filing location assigned before you receive your NOA1.

Well now I'm really getting anxious.

Last night that I checked the Case Tracker App, these were the new updates for the cases that got a sep 25 received date on their NOA1:

133 cases received

119 cases with NOA1

14 rejected

1 case with information adjustments

19 got RFE

35 Approved and got NOA2

64 cases waiting for a result (we are among these!!!)

Only yesterday 10 cases got approved and 12 got RFE, and there are still cases from sep 24 waiting for results.

OMG this is sooooooo nerve wrecking!!! :clock:

There is no option to search by date. I did the search considering 500 numbers and then randomly did a search by specific number to see the date of the receipt. That way I was able to locate what seems to be the last sep 24 case received and the first sep 28 case.

I know it sounds obsessive, but it has given me information that keeps me calm in this crazy process. :clock:

I was just wondering how people were able to search/ receive data on the processing of current k1 applications? (Member 'J&Y', I see you posted about this?).
