Last name can be changed from marriage. On her AOS applications, put her last name after marriage and include her maiden name in the section that says other names used.

She can reapply for her passport through the consulate here to get her new last name on her passport.

Changing her first name is a little more complicated. You have to file a petition in the court (which costs around $250) and follow the rest of the process like posting the announcement of name change in the paper and go to a hearing.

It takes some time to complete though. If you are ready to file for AOS, I wouldn't wait for the name change before filing. You can still file and have it changed later. If you get her first name changed before the interview maybe you could just send a letter to USCIS about the name change and/or bring the documents with you to the interview (if you have one).
