Hey ever so helpful folks of Visajourney,

Have any of you guys filed the I-130 petition end of July or first week of August at London?

It's been two months since my USC husband sent the petition. We got a email few days after but have not heard anything since. On the email they say it should take about 30-45 days but now well beyond the mark.

Any help or advice are welcomed.

According to the embassy website, as of last Friday, they're processing petitions filed on August 03, 2015 (http://london.usembassy.gov/dhs/uscis/i130filing.html look at PROCESSING TIMES box on top right-hand corner of the page). They'll be updating that timeline again on Friday, so you can go back and double check. But it seems like you should be hearing back from them with your NOA2 very soon! Good luck!
