Our interview is scheduled for November 23rd. Our CC is 7/28. My due date is November 22nd. Hopefully we can get an earlier interview date.

Just called NVC and the nice guy told me they just had scheduled interview for my husband for ciudad Juarez 11/13 congrats to all who are receiving good news and I'm praying for the ones who haven't to get their good news soon!!

Deweels, what site do I go to to pay for the Visa? I want to make sure I am on the right site. Our interview is next Thursday and I need to bring the receipt with us showing we paid.... I believe this is what we need to do lol

Nope that's wrong. You can't pay you have no Visa. There's nothing to take. The fee is the green card production fee (Visa fee) paid anytime after you receive your Visa before you arrive or after.

Called NVC yesterday, still no interview date at Mumbai consulate ?. Case complete on 4th Aug. What I don't understand is that people with CC after me have interview dates! Not fair!

For Mumbai? You sure? Where are these people getting dates for Mumbai. I haven't heard them announcing yet.

The term side-loading is new to me.

So I just now found a thread from August in which Dwheels explains what sort of things can be side loaded and why, but can't find HOW to do this.

When we submitted the original package to USCIS. we had not yet traveled to Turkey to spend time together in April, and have a second "real wedding" in the Blue Mosque (Our official marriage was at my local courthouse's office on a busy weekday, with daycare children in tow!) So when we submitted our AOS package to NVC, I added photos, plane ticket scans and a letter about our trip. Will the NVC submit that information to the consulate, or will they only submit the list of required documents? If not, how should I submit this prior to our eventual interview?

Yes. It all goes in your case file off to the embassy.

And after case complete its too late anyway. You would have to bring to interview.

Been checking this discussion for the last month, but today I became a member of VJ! Thanks dwheels76 for maintaining this discussion!! My case is at the NVC awaiting CC. The last document (DS-260) was submitted/received 8/18/15. Still waiting for them to review/approve.

Thanks! Since I sent the information and photos of our April trip along with the AOS package before our CC, I assume that's going to the embassy with the other documents. I'll have my hubby take it to his interview though, just to play it safe.
