A couple of us are in the same boat. Seems they have stacked up all the CC's and will only be scheduling interviews in November now. I'd say, next week. Hang in there.

Now waiting for interview date....Mumbai Consulate....

Does anyone how long the wait is for Mumbai Consulate? I hope it's not too long and the embassy is up to date...Any chance of getting a December interview????

I looked at the spread sheet but not helping (maybe I am reading it incorrectly but the wait times are not consistent I feel) I am sorry I am confused...This process is exhausting ...

if someone can help me out that would be great.

1NOA: 27th Feb. 2015

USCIS approval: 17th July 2015

Scan Date NVC: 28th Sept. 2015

CC NVC: 23rd Oct. 2015

Some sort of additional processing/ sup. review/ they-don't-know-what-it-is-and-there-is-no-timeline: 12th Nov. 2015

Interview scheduled on 28th Dec. 2015

Interview Date: 1st Feb. 2016

My husband flew to the USA and we married a couple weeks later. We sent in the AOS package and payment and did the biometric appt. He was with me 4 months when there was a grave family emergency back

It's just my opinion...but looking at the status over and over and over again seems pointless and only adds to the stress. One day we see 3 N/A, another day we see "PAID" the next day it's 3 N/A agai

DWheels76 explained this, but I'll try again. If you sent ORIGINAL documents to NVC, then NVC has forwarded these to the Embassy or Consulate. You are not required to bring any more originals to you

Dwheels or any senior VJ member.

My lawyer made 3 minor calculation mistakes on I 864 from my sponsor, but NVC has completed my case and scheduled me for interview.

Should I worry about those mathematical mistakes on I 864? NVC has not sent me any checklist or asked me to bring new i864.

congrats , God go with I. I'm at NVC stage. Pls share ur experience when u go, would appreciate. Hope I'm not being too personal, but did any of u visited each other through ur visa journey.

Thank you. I just dropped him off at the airport he's been here all week. He visits roughly every 3 months. Not personal at all and I will be as detailed as possible with my medical and interview when the time comes just look out for it. All the best with your journey.

My husband has his interview on the 5th at the Lagos, Nigeria consulate.. Those with earlier interview dates, kindly share some of the interview questions and your experience afterwards.. God bless us all.

You have to understand. NVC approves nothing. All they are is a document collection facility. The final approval is the CO. When you say mistakes what do you mean? Well why not get correct it and bring to interview if asked you have new fresh I-864 .

I would only worry if the mistakes were those tat put you under the poverty guidelines. Now that's worrisome.

Hi guys,

I'm very happy for everyone who got their CC and got an interview scheduled. I believe for those who are still waiting, the good news are on the way! Just a little more patience... everything will be fine and we all will be reunited with our loved ones by the end of the year!

I wanted to share our progress:

Docs sent: September, 22nd

Email Confirmation/Scan Date: September, 25th

Case Complete: October, 21st (26 calendar days, excluding October, 12th)

Interview scheduled for: December, 17th
