Your document will arrive way before your interview. They usually ship your file 7 days after you receive your P4 letter. Have you receive the P4 interview letter yet?

Yes, we have received the P4 Letter by email this Tuesday, 13th

But I´m very concerned about the passport... if they approve my visa and I dont get my passport before December 3 we will lose everything (tickets, hotel and the most important: the opportunity to see each other and to celebrate our 1st wedding anniversary)

Also, it´s like $ 1,800 that we can´t lose :crying:

Would your country allow a emergency travel document in lieu of the passport. Some countries do allow emergency travel documents. You should contact the authority and explain to them. Maybe the travel agency can just charge you a change fee. Talk to them . Good luck. If all else fail turn to God and believe He will perfect all that concern you.

can u tell us how its going at the interview and what they asked,

we so need to know ,

thank u

I think it depends on the consulate and the person who conduct the interview. I was only asked:

what is the work of your husband?

When did you get married?

Have you been arrested?

When did you first meet?

Have you been to the u.s illegally?

Didn't even asked to see any of my supporting documents.

I was of the understanding a person can schedule their medical appointment without proof of an interview, but that they must bring their interview letter to the appointment, and if they don't. they are turned away.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

The official instructions for my country state I should bring my P4 letter to the medical because the panel physician might want to take a look, however when I called the doctor and asked he said he has no use for it so he doesn't care if I have it or not. At the medical he indeed didn't even bring it up.

Go figure.

I am glad to hear you getting some action over there. That is great.

Wow, I wonder why they take so long at that Embassy. They seem to take the longest.
