Someone was scheduled interview in Venezuela their case completed last week and was scheduled interview that same week....my case completed 9/14 and no interview yet...when I call nvc they confirm case completed 9/14 but no interview......should I ask to speak with a supervisor???

By chance did you verify your CC date with NVC when you called? I think they changed it. Cuz you are right people days after you have interviews. Call and verify please.

Friends of mine with an August CC had their file pulled and it sounds like they were given a new CC last week. Is that common? Is that what happens when you expedite?

Call NVC and ask for the cc email. Sometime they do not send out cc email. you have to request it. The important email is the interview which is what the rep at NVC told me last week. They always email the interview email but cc email some people get it automatically and others have to unfortunately request the cc email.

Ok thanks lbreal1 !!!

We will call NVC then...

Congratulations on case complete. Saw your timeline I added you to spreadsheet.

Thanks :) !!!!

Just got off the phone with NVC and no interview date.... I don't understand this process at all; everywhere I read it seems like people say its scheduled in order, but people after my CC have interviews....? This whole process is f'd up.

Amen, brother. I am in the same boat.

It's almost ridiculous. I wonder what scheduling of cases is based on....

yes that's normal. You are over 7 weeks away. They usually won;t send over 30 days away. Probably 1st or 2n week in November it will go.

Thanks dwheels76...I will now rest and relax...I was worried. But can I go for the medicals now?
