My husband flew to the USA and we married a couple weeks later. We sent in the AOS package and payment and did the biometric appt. He was with me 4 months when there was a grave family emergency back

It's just my opinion...but looking at the status over and over and over again seems pointless and only adds to the stress. One day we see 3 N/A, another day we see "PAID" the next day it's 3 N/A agai

DWheels76 explained this, but I'll try again. If you sent ORIGINAL documents to NVC, then NVC has forwarded these to the Embassy or Consulate. You are not required to bring any more originals to you

I got an email that my wife's interview on Nov 3rd at 9am

Good luck everyone

Case complete: 09/25/2015

Interview scheduled: 10/02/2015

Interview date: 11/03/2015

USCIS
Sep 4th 2014: Filed I-130 petition as an LPR
Nov 24th 2014: I took my oath and i became a US Citizen
Dec 5th 2014: I faxed, mailed and called USCIS to UPGRADE my Case to a USC filling for am immediate relative.
Dec 25th 2014: I received a letter from USCIS asking me to fax a copy of my naturalization which is I did before.
Dec 26th 2014: I faxed a copy of my naturalization, copy of NOA1.
Jan 28th 2015: I called USCIS to ask about my upgrade, and the NO SENSE customer service doesn't know anything
Feb 4th 2015: I got an email that my case was transferred to local office for an interview.
Feb 24th 2015: I had a INFOPASS and they told me this interview about my Ex-Wife.
May 19th 2015: another INFOPASS asking why is it taking all this time to schedule an interview.
​May 30th 2015: I contacted Congresswoman and she contacted the USCIS los angeles office on my behalf and she asked me to wait 30 days
June 25th 2015: I received an email from the Congresswoman that i was scheduled for an Interview on July 6th
June 6th 2015: I had a interview and my case was approved.
June 8th 2015: I got an email from USCIS that my case was transferred to the NVC
June 8th 2015: I called USCIS to find out that my case was never upgraded from LPR to USC



NVC
July 14th 2015: NVC received case
July 14th 2015: I emailed and mailed a Copy of naturalization and the NOA2 to the NVC to upgrade my petition to USC
Aug 3rd 2015: Case # & Invoice ID # received via phone. (Case# assigned same day)
Aug 4th 2015: DS-261 available on website\Submitted DS-261
Aug 5th 2015: AOS Invoice available on website/Paid AOS Invoice
Aug 5th 2015: NVC accepted DS-261 (Confirmed via phone)
Aug 6th 2015: Paid IV fee
Aug 7th 2015: all fees show PAID.
Aug 7th 2015: Filled DS260 and completed.
Aug 7th 2015: I called NVC and they told Case still show F2A.
Aug 14th 2015: I mailed AOS/IV Package
Aug 17th 2015: NVC received AOS/IV package.
Aug 19th 2015: Scan Date.
Aug 20th 2015: Case was upgraded from LPR(F2A) to USC(CR1/IR1) (over the phone)
Sep 25th 2015: Case Complete (over the phone) (3 N/A on the website)
Oct 2nd 2015: scheduled for interview via email
Nov 3rd 2015 : interview date (APPROVED)

Just got off the phone with NVC and no interview yet.... ):

It has no effect on interviews, and the winners have to apply for a green card and go through a year (or more) long process before they ever reach the point when they have interviews, .For example, I have a friend who entered the lottery in October 2011 and entered the USA as soon as he was permitted to do so in 2013.

yeah i know, but hey at least he got in two years, my case its on 13 months already. my CC was august 28 and God knows when the interview is. so basically there isnt much difference in time frame.

Yes, ours too drags on and on. We began this process 13 months ago also.

Lottery winners have it easier. They don't have the stress of trying to prove their relationship is real and worthy of being given a chance at a life together.

Case changed from "Ready" to "AP" on 19th, then to "Issued" on 22nd

Visa was ready for pick up November 3rd in the afternoon

We've got an interview too!! Nov 3 at 8:45am interview letter dated Oct 1 :D

IR1 Visa

Service Center: CSC

Marriage: 2011/09/24

Baby girl: 2012/12/31

I-130 Sent: 2015/04/08 - USC filing from abroad

NOA 1: 2015/04/10

NOA 2: 2015/05/20 - 40 days!!

NVC Received: 2015/06/05

Case number assigned: 2015/06/17

Submitted DS-261: 2015/07/05

Paid AOS fee: 2015/07/10

Paid IV fee: 2015/07/27

Submitted via email AOS and IV packets: 2015/07/27

Checklist: 2015/08/05 - for DS-260 was having website difficulties and didn't realise they would review our case in 11 days.

Submitted DS-260: 2015/08/07

Supervisor Review: 2015/09/14 - 38 days after submitted DS-260 and still waiting

Checklist/Email from Supervisor?: 2015/09/18 - for missing police certificate, even though we were suppose to submit directly to the Australian consulate. Emailed them as requested stating that info and called stating that info was told to wait another 30 days for them to respond?!?!?!?! :ranting: At least now I'm in direct email communication with a someone.

Case Complete!! - 2015/09/22 - 110 days

Finally, interview scheduled 12 november.. still cant believe it..

But I have a question please, does anyone know how long it takes to get the decision after the interview? Coz I really need to manage many issues and have estimate date for travelling.. thx a lot in advance and wish u all best of luck

07/13/2015 - I-130 approved!!

07/20/2015 - USCIS sent case to NVC

08/10/2015 - Case number assigned

08/13/2015 - Submitted DS-261

08/15/2015 - Paid AOS fee

09/01/2015 - Sent IV and AOS package

09/03/2015 - Scan date

09/09/2015 - Got DS-261 reviewed on call

09/10/2015 - IV bill available and paid the same day (currently "In Process")

09/11/2015 - IV bill status changed to "Paid"

09/15/2015 - Submitted DS - 260

09/28/2015 - Case Complete!!!

10/02/2015 - Received interview letter (P4) via e-mail (Interview date --- November 05, 2015)

Embassy

10/06/2015 - Medical done!

10/13/2015 - Received medical report

11/05/2015 - Interview (APPROVED!!!)

Status takes a few days to a week to change. It won't change until they ship out your petition. So looking at that doesn't help if you are wondering about an interview date.

I got you . Congratulations. Now please prepare for your embassy they are no joke. Get you ducks in a row. And I pray you had a kick butt petition package and NVC side loading.

Thank you so much. I didn't know about side loading until it was too late but I'm very prepared. It may mean very little but we plan on taking our son.

IV Bill online paid again:: double payment but will get me through ds-260 ( email request for refund will be sent soon) 2015-06-21

(I guess scan date is 2015-06-24)Hopefully, a shorter wait to case complete.

Interview Results: APPROVED! Less than 5 minutes. Glory to God.

so many be members getting interview scheduled for November. My scan date is 13 Aug and still waiting for cc. I am very upset. everytime we call nvc they have same thing to say that our paperwork is fine and they don't have interview slots yet. It is trying our patience out now my case is lying with nvc since June. anyone with same situation having sd of Aug?

Are you not going on supervisor review? My scan date was 8/11 and was put on supervisor review 9/16 and received CC 9/25.
